Platinum Broadcasting Consolidates with iMediaTouch Automation

Winnipeg, MB – OMT Inc. (TSXV: OMT) announces that Platinum Broadcasting has consolidated on OMT’s iMediaTouch Digital Delivery Software.

Platinum Broadcasting installed iMediaTouch in its three stations, Power Hits 97.5, 1420 KJCK and Q 103.5 KQLA taking full advantage of iMediaTouch’s ease of use and interconnectivity. The iMediaTouch Digital Delivery Software was installed in June coinciding with a format change to NewsTalk on KJCK-AM and music formats on the two FM stations.

“We have been very happy with the functionality of the iMediaTouch system” said Platinum Broadcasting General Manager Mark Ediger. “We chose IMediaTouch because it could handle the challenges we had with multi network switches and music formats and it’s handled it very well.”
