OMT ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF MR. LAURIE GOLDBERG TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Winnipeg, Manitoba, March 29, 2005 – OMT Inc. (“OMT”) (TSX Venture: OMT), is pleased to announce today that Mr. Laurie Goldberg has joined its Board of Directors.

Mr. Goldberg brings considerable depth in financial and business development experience to OMT. He is currently the President and CEO of People First HR Services Ltd., the leading HR consulting firm in its local market. Prior to joining People First, Mr. Goldberg held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Office of the President of Assante Corporation, a TSE listed company, and prior thereto was a Managing Partner with Arthur Andersen.

During his tenure with Assante, Mr. Goldberg helped build the organization from approximately 100 employees to become one of the largest non-bank owned financial services companies in Canada, with some 2,500 employees and advisors and approximately $22 billion in client assets.  Mr. Goldberg graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He continues to serve on a number of boards of for profit and not for profit organizations.
